Terms and Conditions
• All stops made during standard business hours include Feeding/Watering/Medication and walk when requested.
• Clients with more than one dog will be charged $4/extra dog, but cat and other small animal care in included in per stop pricing
• Any litter/cage/crate cleaning will be surcharged an additional $4/stop when requester or required
• A holiday Surcharge of $10/day to be added on all major holidays
• Stops requested with less than 12 hours’ notice are subject to surcharge of $10
• Stops cancelled with less than 4 hours notice will still be charged for the scheduled stop as priced.
• No additional dog surcharges will be added to Live-in and Overnight Pet sits
• New Client meet and greet required prior to start of services
• All services are to be requested thru client portal. Client will be notified once a request has be approved and book or declined
• Client accounts must have an active Credit Card on file in order to book services
• All recurring services will be invoiced on the 1st and 15th of each month. Payment is due 2 weeks from time of invoice to avoid late fees.
• Invoices outstanding more than 1 month will be billed to CC on file.
• A 50% Deposit is required on Pet Sits lasting more than 2 consecutive days.
• Pet sits may be invoiced at completion of services if client does not use Delco Doggie for regular weekly services.
• Delco Doggie ONLY accepts Credit/debit card payments and personal checks mailed to Delco Doggie’s PO box address. We do not accept cash payments or ones made thru Paypal. A 3% fee will be added to all Payments made with a credit card.
• Delco Doggie is fully Bonded and insured, a copy of our insurance can be provided by request.
• Delco Doggie reserves the right to refuse and/or terminate services if pet shows any signs of aggression towards our sitters.
• Client agree to reimburse Delco Doggie for emergency medical needs or supply/food purchases to provide appropriate care.
